I don't fully understand that 'Mask Mandate'. Everywhere I go, everyone is wearing masks. I've traveled from Cali to NC to MD in the past month. Everyone wears masks.

a lot of counties have issued them (same here). but, biden is going to make it a NATIONAL mandate.
