Im a skeptical person by nature and dont trust elected officials beyond their verifiable results. Im not let down or surprised... My suspicions were just confirmed, which is even worse.

What's worse I start feeling that way towards Trump. He didn't declassify anything (who cares about Russian hoax everyone forgot about it 2 years ago), didn't pardon anyone important besides Flynn, didn't have balls to fight dems using their own methods, chickened out after Jan 6th and started attacking his own supporters. I know he did more than anyone in recent history blah blah and he probably just given up like any human probably would at this point, but still I feel let down after all those false hopes and promises.
Yes, but mostly by the vitriol and epic dooming that is being slung around this site by and at fellow pedes. I'm waiting to see how dystopian this country becomes in the next few weeks, but in the meantime I think we need to unite with one another (not with Democrats or Republicans; fuck them) until we know with more certainty what needs to be done.
I'm just disappointed that at the very least he didn't pardon Assange. That was well within his power and was the right thing to do. It just goes to show either how much they had him by the balls at the end or that he wasn't that serious about holding Washington accountable.
