We know the government is sold-out to China. So, I expect Xi to be one of the first "invites" to visit the country. It'd be a whole lot easier to arrest him on American soil (by the 'seemingly' complicit military). We are, after all, already at war with them.

Think about the enemy for a moment. The traitors in our government are working for a foreign entity. POTUS Trump declared China to be the greatest threat to America. The election was a fraud, an attempted coup.
We're talking about TREASON (from within) and an act of WAR (from without). Doesn't it make sense to include in "the Plan" a way to take out the sponsor of the "infiltration"? So the IA is signed and military commanders are aware of the plan. So, President Trump's REAL final letter is something like this:
By the Order of the President of the United States, Donald J. Trump, by the authority granted to me under the articles of the Insurrection Act, signed on 1/07/2021, and other powers provided to the President of the United States found in one or more PEAD, delivered formally by the Secretary of Defense, 1/20/2021. Mr. Biden, you are ordered to invite Xi to visit the US. Accept and we'll make your last days "comfortable". Refuse? You will immediately be tried for Treason, with instant execution of sentence.
