Scenario 1: They're just waiting for the kids to get home from school. Imagine if every school in the United States sent every student home at noon central time and nobody's phones were working. Now imagine that same scenario but top it off with blackouts. Not only would it be a nightmare, but you'd literally have tens of millions of parents driving around looking for their kids.

Scenario 2: They want as many people as possible in their homes both to prevent chaos and also to expose more people to the truth. If they arrested Biden and gang at noon central then over half the country would be too distracted to follow what was going on. Employers would send everyone home early around the same time and civil unrest, public transportation failure, likely cellular outages and potential blackouts would create 5 hour traffic delays. Then many of of us lucky enough to make it home before 7pm would realize our kids never made it back from school and we'd immediately get back on the road to look for them.

Scenario 3: The real action in DC takes place after the inauguration at various private social events throughout the city with many prominent scumbags in attendance who weren't invited or simply choose not to intend the inauguration itself. Deep-state traitors will interpret no one getting arrested at the inauguration as an unofficial "all's clear" sign that its safe to come out and mingle with their fellow traitors

Scenario 4: Too many women and children for Biden to use as human shields at the inauguration.

Yes, wishful thinking. The country is under attack. There is no conceivable reason to wait until after Biden is inaugurated.

Cell phones briefly stopped working after 911 due to everyone calling everyone they knew to see if they were okay and virtually all the schools sent the kids home early. That was a total cluster fuck back when 1% of kids had cell phones; now maybe 10% of kids don't have cell phones. At the very least you'd have millions of freaked out parents on the road looking for their kids until the cell networks came back online, at the very worst you'd have tens of millions, and I'd bet dollars to donuts that big tech would turn off their networks in a heartbeat if they thought that was the only way to stop the emergency alerts.

Number 4 wold be my guess. Too many children for Biden to sniff and use as shields.
