Treadeau has come out publicly and told Biden that if he tries to stop the pipeline, Canada will sue the US for TRILLIONS.

Treadeau is pretty high in the globalist pecking order. Way higher than Biden. Biden will do what Treadeau tells him. Like the good dog he is.
