Really believe the prime reason why the swamp is the swamp is because, as we have seen, the VOTE IS CORRUPT. Largely criminals get send to congress and that maybe even for decades. The vote needs to be fixed first and fixed for good in all states. Otherwise you don't even need to start with anything else.
