I'll vote Patriot party because I'll never support the GOP again but let's be adults and remind ourselves that apart from some local elections in Red states, our votes won't amount to much any more. 2018 and 2020 elections taught us that.
Trump will not form a new party, but he may form a very strong organization to work under the R umbrella and take it over from the inside. If he leads something called the "Patriot Party", it will be a better-organized version of the Tea Party, which was not a separate party fielding its own candidates, but rather a strong and identifable movement operating within the R party, as far as electoral politics was concerned.
Honestly, I would prefer that. We put these traitors in charge of the GOP and they need to be thrown out. Why should we leave when it's OUR VOTES that put them there in the first place. It's hard to see how putrid and corrupt our system is but I'm satisfied knowing these losers within the GOP are screwed.
Hell, I'm even thinking about running for some form of political office one day. We have to start somewhere.
And how will anyone but the picked establishment politician be elected? We do not have fair elections and have not for years...we now know that. We have no vote, no voice, no country. When we shed our tears for the end of our President's term, we shed our tears for the full loss of freedom. Some think it is better to see than to be asleep. I would rather dream of freedom than live the life in front of us knowing what we now know. And when I think of the demonic leaders we now have in place I have lost all hope for our country and our world. We were all that was left. Why did President Trump continue to lead us into this hopeful delusion when he had the platform, many times, to educate us and show us the truth? I hope, one day, he comes to us with the truth.
And don't bash those that "trusted the plan." They had faith that those in power would be held accountable and they weren't. To be honest, giving us hope through this sham wasn't all bad. I got high of the hopium too but it was officially over when Pence and the Vichy Republicans chose dishonor over country.
But Trump isn't going anywhere. Do you think Trump has zero influence now? They had to steal an election, enact a pandemic, crush a great economy, and gaslight the country for years to stop Trump. And he leaves with a 51% approval rating, while Congress is hovering in the single digits.
Fox will never recover from backstabbing Trump. Neither will the GOP. And the Dems can brag about "purging" Trumpism when most people keep quiet about supporting him anyway. Not to mention, the system was already against Trump to start with.
Wishful thinking I know, I hope the Dems will fracture trying to balance pleasing the elites and commie shitheads like AOC and Bernie. That way the two-party system finally dies.
I'm not giving up. We know just how fucked the system is. Trump can't do all the work. We all have to make an effort. You can start by telling the GOP to go MAGA or go to Hell. See you all soon!
