That would definitely be one of the best places to start breaking the seal on something like this.
It's pretty unlikely anyone in the general public will ever have access to anything earth shattering (classified, or say, laptops left at a repair shop), so the best place to start is to ID the small publicly available leaks...work from one to the next...and then the drip, drip, drip actually has a chance at becoming something they have to address and plug.
Only thing is- I'd hate for something like that to end in mountains of evidence that just get ignored though...you know, like if someone tried to steal an election in broad daylight.

If you back through his tweets he actually had one specifically talking about a it in one of his tweets denouncing Trump a ways before the virus was known about.
Need to see if I can find it but I think it only goes back two years on Twitter archives. But I believe Hill was threatening Trump in a tweet and I'm paraphrasing but it was something along the lines of "Trump better not do X" followed with some sort of threat. This was years ago and I don't know if I'll ever be able to find that tweet again :/
