What was this guy charged with.

Was this a legitimate pardon and President Trump was just doing the right thing regardless of he feels about this man's Constitutionality protected expression?

This guy has an absolute right to his opinion and has the same right to express that opinion and President Trump denying ANYONE a just pardon would be the real slap in the face.
