These weren't Trump pardons. There was a coup on Jan 6th against Trump. He was allowed to walk away peacefully on the 20th to save face, but he had completely lost control.
It was either this or they would throw him and his family in jail or worse.

I've been questioning Trump's moves for 4 years and I believe the man we saw on stage and in front of camera's fighting the media is also the same guy behind closed doors. I think there were two different people the whole time. We never saw the "You're Fired" guy.
