Not sure if they are going to push gun legislation before doing something about SCOTUS, they very well could lose there, 1994 court was much more left leaning.
Eh, scotus is clearly not as adept at constitutionality as they pretend. Even the religious rights w covid case was a narrow win. And they gave a crap abt the insane amount of election fraud.
