I remember in independence day (July 4th) he tweeted 'where we go one we go all', clearly referencing Q. How someone like him, didnt see through Q's bullshit?
I dont think if you listen to Flynns two full interviews since his exoneration which i think are BardsFM and Alex Jones he makes a "full endorsement" of Q, he talks a lot about his faith and about his confidence that Trump will win. I can't knock the guy for being optimistic. I never promoted or posted Q threads, I just stayed optimistic up until the final day

Flynn definitely promoted Q messages in his tweets and other communications.
In fact, I didn't really believe in Q until I saw Flynn and Dan Scavino tweeting Q related messages. I figured if Flynn and Dan are in, I'm on board.

Sadly, I believe now that he was in on the deception. It's really the only explanation.
