Hey I did read this, thanks for typing it out. But because we just moved to the new domain, I wasn't able to click on the links for any of your comments. They didn't work. If you go through and add new links, I will click through and read them.
You bring up a lot of good points and I'll look into the external sources you shared like Ashwander rules (what the fuck??) and Spirit of the Law which is absolutely something I'd normally be interested in reading.
But as things currently stand, these have become little more than a curiosity to me as it increasingly feels like we are playing a made-up game where the points don't matter. I just got through re-reading the constitution and it is painfully obvious we don't follow it anymore. There are clear precepts in it that are just outright ignored.
