It’s interesting. Insofar as my friends still with Bernie. In 2016 they were devastated after the convention. They were angry that donations went to HRC, they hate her. They knew it was rigged. Despite that their goal was to primary establishment candidates. I present to you the squad.
The thing that frustrates me the most is that whilst they fully understand how the primary was rigged and they do blame the DNC they can’t seem to understand that the general is also rigged. Nor can they recognise that BOTH Trump and Bernie were misrepresented by MSM.
They are people I would describe as loyal to a fault and they are sticking with their guy because of that. They are deeply emotionally invested in him. They hate how he was treated and it’s the unfairness toward him that I think keeps them there. They want to right it. They don’t attribute any blame or responsibility to Bernie at all.
