Inauguration Viewership Lower than Farewell Speech

Across the board there is 500k people who watched the livestreams for the inauguration, highest from a single outlet was around 150k.
Yesterday Trump's Presidential Address got millions of views on about every platform. Even Ben Shapiro's Facebook video of it got over 3.3M.
His speech this morning (7hrs ago) got over 784k views on a single outlet.
On top of that, we already know they manipulate the view counts in their favor.
Trump's 2017 inauguration got over 10M views (per outlet) even on the fake news streams.
If Biden really won, why do only 500k (probably manipulated to make him look better) people care what he has to say?
