YouTube is massively unprofitable for Alphabet/Google. It costs them ungodly amounts of money to run the site. The best thing we can do is continue to make it unprofitable by blocking ads with tools like uBlock Origin and Brave browser and still consume the (based) content on it while there's any left to watch.
Google won't shut the site down while it has the power to manipulate the public through its SJW/communist propaganda. They're willing to take a hit to their bottom line to protect the "investment" they've made in that influence. One of the best ways to defeat them is to keep hitting them in the wallet. Make it hurt.
Considering one of the reasons youtube censors so much is due to pressure from companies who want to advertise on the platform I doubt youtube is losing money.
They run ads on videos that generate tens of millions of views 24/7 and they will be charged accordingly by youtube.

When you say they are losing money on youtube, are you speculating, or is their any information proving this?
