Carter said "It's all fixed" The only real problem is when the deep state starts sucking too much of the proceeds off to make themselves personally rich or if you get caught up in one of their psychos or plays like being a heroine user to fund them in the 1970s or a cocaine user to fund them in the 1980's. Remember Eisenhower specifically created the CIA DEEP STATE after WW2 so the IS would never have another world war. His idea was take foreign leaders out before they become a threatwith internal covert actions to save American soldiers lives. He then warned as he left office that they could become too powerful. I think what was also happened is corporations became too tied to their operations and perhaps foreign governments have learned it too well and taken partial or large control of our deep state. Israel and China come to mind. The real answer is don't get sucked into their plays and productions. And hope dangerous foreign leaders do. There were no weapons of mass destruction in Iraq. It was an excuse.
