No, at this point, Trump would not be president regardless of what happens to biden's fraud win. He didn't get 270 officially. If by some miracle, which would be no miracle now, biden/harris are knocked out, pelosi would be president.

You need to read the law and decisions and precedent s. The jury decides solely on the evidence, well if they are honest. And if they say the votes were fake and illegal people voted. Than they erase his win. Like if he never existed. Poof

Funny the Liberal website law fare actually wrote an article on how the Quo Warranto could be used if trump didn't leave today.
I don't want to sound negative but, so far nothing has worked because the system is SO corrupt.
I believe the best we can hope for is more declassified documents to come out exposing the deep state and opening a few more peoples eyes to the corruption, but thats about it.
