You clearly do not understand how regulations work. They are much harder to undo than you think. There are limits to executive orders, and most will end up in the courts.
Nor will they be able to get much passed through the Senate, since the number of bills that can be passed by reconciliation is limited to budgetary bills. Otherwise, the threshold is 60 votes.
