================ Building an understanding of Fascism

Hillsdale's President Larry P. Arnn's article titled "Orwells's 1984 and Today" in the December 20th issue of the college publication "Imprimus" draws deeply from George Orwell's anti-fascist book to produce a profile of what it is, exactly, that causes a political leadership to be regarded as "fascist." President Arnn's article is well worth reading. https://imprimis.hillsdale.edu/orwells-1984-today/ We can learn a lot from Mr. Arnn's inquiry. My interest was piqued by the analysis that might be called "the pathology of tyranny and fascism." What do we look for in assessing tyrannical behavior that may elevate it to the category of fascism?
