Your comment history indicates you're on some kind of "rid the boards of all mention of q" mission, which is fine; free speech and all that. But you are not a mod and thus do not have the authority to tell me what is and isn't okay to post, and what is and isn't newsworthy.
So you're a mod; does that then translate to your being able to decide what is "newsworthy" and what isn't? Is this a new TD rule? And if that's the case, how is this different than mainstream social media, which as you know also doesn't want people posting anything that they disagree with? If this is a new rule, you should really let people know.

"Forum sliding, consensus cracking, topic dilution" can be difficult to spot. What is considered topic dilution one day, might not be considered topic dilution the next.
