The local stations are just as bad. They are just another propaganda mouthpiece.

You can't just make claims, without proof, that local stations are propagandistic mouthpieces. This is extremely dangerous to our democracy!

My local news is so much bullshit. The only reason to tune is is weather and local sports.

My local news has been turned off for weeks. I watch OAN and some newsmax-Greg Kelly. There are apps for other stuff like local weather.

There isn't anything I'm not boycotting.

It's called a general strike.

If you do have to tune in local stations, make sure and use the Over-The-Air (OTA) method so that they get no credit for the viewing. Users are tracked via cable channels since they know what you are watching. Antenna methods cannot.

I haven't watched cable news for a year. Believe me, you will not miss it. It's all pure psy-op anyway.

the hell with the local news, they are just smaller versions of ABC, CBS and FOX and feeding the same propaganda.

You want news? go to your local pub and chat with the folks there, make friends.

I’m on a free trial of online version and really enjoying reading newspapers again.

That's not much of a boycott if we've been already doing that for 4 years. It's welfare media. They're just a tax shelter at this point. They aren't supposed to make money. Just serve the cause.

China Uncensored and America Uncovered are good news sources.

They are both hosted by a man who calls himself Chris Chapley. The episodes get posted to YouTube twice a week and, on special occasions, three times a week. He primarily gets his funding from his viewers through patreon. YouTube pretty much always demonetizes him too, much to his chagrin. I find him to be very enjoyable and to give a very fair perspective of things.

Make no mistake, while he is very anti-China, he isn’t really MAGA. He’s pretty neutral and does not drink the Democratic kool-aid.
