I don't agree because I don't care about optics with how the left acts but the optics would have been so bad to not replace RBG with another female. This would only really matter if we were far less polarized and both sides were operating in good faith and neither were a party owned by the CCP.
Would it make any difference whether it's a man or woman if they are bought off? Just curious. We have a supreme Court in name only
