The federal govt obviously doesn't work for us. That's taxation without representation! Pretty sure wars have been fought over that... I would gladly move to Texas and even pay extra in state taxes if they did that.

Honestly, as a life long Texas resident I'm fucking sick and tired of out of state people pouring into my beloved state to take advantage of the shit we got right. People who don't know anything about Texan pride and history, only here to exploit what the State offers. Instead of moving here and crowding my beloved state, how bout you fix the shithole you want to crawl out of. That applies to all out of Staters no matter where the politics align. I'm so fucking sick of it. Every dumbfuck we let in further dilutes what makes this place special. Welcome to Texas, now go home.
