My guess is the supply is more abundant than you might think, but these kids are kind of hiding... afraid to be vocal in their beliefs out of fear of retaliation.
Perhaps it'd be worth considering drawing up some kind of bait to get them to come out of hiding, or to send Left-leaning candidates running.
As an example, I interviewed for a job last Summer. I noticed the owner had some patriotic decor around his office, so I made sure to drop a few hints about my political leanings to make sure I was applying to a company of people with a shared perspective, and I was right to do so. Our employer/employee relationship is very good. To a hardcore Leftist, seeing American flags or MAGA merch is like light to a vampire. They are visibly disturbed like it burns their skin. You may not be allowed to hire & fire based on political leanings, but there's no law dictating how to decorate the office where you conduct your interviews.
Unfortunately, with liberals, glowies all over this site, I can't risk divulging my business on here. I'm saddened that I can't ask people publicly about this on this site else I'd get canceled. They control the market and marketplace
As an owner with lots of libs, I'd rather they continue to work for me and make me lots of money that I will use to fund maga candidates.
I can't imagine them doing a great job being libs and all. Probably would get more value for your money if you replaced them.
