Does this mean that if someone is inside a Federal building causing harm, that the police cannot approach them to arrest them? Or do they just throw the handcuffs at them from 6 feet away and tell them to put them on themselves? And, if the police are escorting a Federal prisoner into a Federal Court House, are they now going to attach the prisoner to a 6 foot chain in order to assure proper Social Distancing? Just wondering how it's going to work?

Just like all the commie "orders" they have a massive list of exemptions. What, you think Biden can't sniff young children under these orders? There's an exemption for that I'm sure.

I can't remember the last time I was in a Federal building. Post office I guess

Its building and lands, meaning Native reservations too. Guess this is not going to end well...

Another thought. Can you just imagine the police escorting a black prisoner into a court house attached to a 6 foot chain?
