Dont we have a right to know who the accuser is? So like if someone does a fake call on you because they dont like you and that causes the fbi to come a knocking, wouldn't that person be open to being sued and isnt it a crime to make a false police report?

It is a crime to make a false report. That person can be sued.
The problem is they won't tell you who it is unless and until they need that person to testify. You have to find out who on your own. They are under no obligation to tell you anything until they start filing court docs and sometimes those can be sequestered. (I am not a lawyer)
