They were only able to get away with this steal, because all those red counties sent lazy, cowardly morons to the State House and Senate to represent them. And those fake reps sat on their ass and did fuck all with their majority power to counter the election fraud.
So here is a simple thing to try - next time someone runs in a 'red' county for a State legislature seat, their platform better be 90% about how they will secure future elections and mandate investigations of every suspicious even during said elections. Not through court but through national guard and state police.

If you're in a red state, start harassing your state level reps to put in new laws clamping the hell down on fraud. Here's some ideas:
All source code for any election machine used in the state shall be published for public investigation. Any updates must be published at least 6 months prior to any election.
Each ballot must be marked with a unique serial number to prevent mass duplication, preferably using an encrypted number sequence to prevent guessing the serial numbers.
Scan all ballots and publish them online to allow public audits.
Stronger signature match for mail-in
Publish precinct level data ("poll tapes") on election night
Stronger criminal penalties for fraud. Mandatory minimum prison sentences. Felony for destruction of subpoenaed evidence. Criminal penalties for ejecting observers or counting behind closed doors.
