NPCs dont think, theyre programmed. Its fucking weird....drag a conversation into a left wing talking point and they instantly go into playback mode virtually verbatium of a common talking point. No ability to form opinion in their own words. You get one thats a really good parrot, their entire ability to communicate is wrapped up in cliche talking points. Its like siting in a room with cnn.
