Some lawyers offer a free consultation. Maybe look up some Texas lawyers' reviews and see if one might offer some advice for free? Even if it's not free, I can't imagine they'd charge too much for something basic like that. Texas is a big state. There's got to be someone who knows how to go about this.
I’m not quite sure. I signed a pre-written letter to show my distaste for an anti-gun politician, but I myself didn’t set it up. Perhaps through a Texas government website? Or some way to directly comment to the AG?
Is this a thing that could happen in any state? Are the fbi only allowed to operate within a state with that state's compliance? Maybe our next move should be to remove all federal power/authority within the states.

They can kick them out?! That would be a great precedent!!
