Your first mistake was expecting a system that is rigged against you, and has always been against you, to rule in your favor. I fell for it too. I honestly mistook Kavanaugh, Barrett, Pence, the whole damned lot of them, as individuals possessing spinal cords. I wanted to believe so badly that we had drained the swamp. I really did. I wanted to believe that a peaceful solution was possible. But it wasn’t. They had built the system to explicitly benefit themselves. How on God’s green earth can you change a system by playing by its rules? The only thing we can do now is burn this whole rotten structure to the fucking ground. Sabotage, secession, and revolution. Those are our options right now.
