Short term it's going up due to massive incoming new covid relief deals. $1400 checks and what not. Long term it's gonna sell off. Especially when Biden takes away the corporate tax break. It will sell off big time.

Last I heard, Biden will be building low income housing or encouraging it, which should make home values go down.

No one knows shit. Including me. Not a single fucking person one year ago could have predicted where we would be at now.

With that said I’m pessimistic as fuck regarding everything including the “economy”.

Housing prices in the suburbs and rural areas will likely continue to rise as urban areas have become complete shit holes and will worsen.

Shit, people are in bidding wars for shitty capes in new jersey. This trend will likely stick around for several years depending on the worsening political situation we’re in.

But hey maybe I’m wrong.

I’m suspecting they will be kept afloat for awhile.

Last I heard the Fed will continue buybacks into March.

Green stocks up, oil stocks down, tech stocks, who knows?

they will print enough money the stock market will rise. whatever you do get out of the dollar the dollar won't be worth anything.
