Maybe??? Not sure I fully understand the question. I am learning about all of this stuff over the last several months...... This one article seems to put it all together in one place.

I don't know what you call it, but I'm sure you're familiar with people who call themselves sovereign citizens. Some of them refuse to put a DMV license plate on their car, they say they are not the person on their government I.D., because that person is a corporate entity owned by London. They say the federal government has no authority over them - only over corporate citizens, etc. I think they also say that the gold-fringed U.S. flag is the fake flag of the corporation of the U.S.

Lin Wood made a comment yesterday that he loved the look of the gold on the flag. I wondered if he was hinting about the sovereign vs corporate U.S. thing.
