Paris Accord being a treaty it will need Congress approval to join it. The money for the wall was already spent, so I guess this will just be another big waste of taxpayers money. Texas and other based states have to take them to court for the revocations, as GEOTUS wasn't able to revoke previous EO. The commission's report is out already, but now they are trying to memory-hole it.
