I have been feeling very down and depressed. I have always been a "catholic" but never really practiced besides my parents bringing me to church and going through basic cdc. I want to get into the bible and the teachings of god, but I do not know where to start and where to go from there. Would someone be able to give some suggestions? I feel like god is something this country needs desperately.

See if there is an "Alpha Course" run in your area. They're a thing I've seen done and it's mainly for converts/non-believers and is run as a Christianity 101. Introduction to the bible, the beliefs etc etc
Find a local church, message on facebook or just rock up on Sunday (assuming they are allowed to have in-person services)

I recommend reading/listening (audiobook) 12 Rules for Life.
Just ask questions on here and people a lot smarter than I will give some insightful answers. Perhaps this will lead to the admins creating a religion.win
