Not going to cost me a damn thing. No taxation without representation. Fuck um. My vote was stolen, and they did not give a shit about representing me. I will not pay taxes like the good American I was raised to be , to a fake Unelected deep state communist government for gender studies in Pakistan and all the other payoff bullshit.

How are you not going to pay taxes when they take it out before you even get your paycheck?

178
UpTrump 178 points ago +187 / -9

And even if he refuses, he'll be put in jail. The only way this succeeds is if 80M patriots stop paying taxes, which won't happen. Too complacent

26

Zero out your income. Either stop working or buy deductibles. Hollywood does it.

27
Granny 27 points ago +30 / -3

Stop paying taxes! It must be done legally, there are many ways. Only shills act like this isn't true! I mean, millions of people are already doing it, and they do it with legal methods.

You might also find "gibs" you can qualify for, to offset whatever taxes you do pay, so that you are paying NET ZERO taxes. Many ways.

15
GreatBambino 15 points ago +15 / -0

It's definitely possible, especially if you're a business owner.

16
purepepelegends 16 points ago +16 / -0

This is the way.

Get a group of your friends to set up charities. Then each of you donate 100% of your income to each other's charities in a circular fashion. Presto!

10
lanre 10 points ago +10 / -0

Probably one of the worst ideas. Look how they fucked Bannon for that. Only works if you're a group like Susan g conman.

Democrats can’t even get away with that scam. (Corrine Brown)

15
AlwaysReady15 15 points ago +27 / -12

You have to be well articulated on the constitutional law in order to win a court case on not paying taxes. It has been done

27
GreatBambino 27 points ago +27 / -0

Peter Schiff's father Irwin Schiff was sentenced to 13 years in prison for not paying taxes. He made the same arguments in court. He died in prison in 2015. Not disagreeing with your beliefs. Just showing the tyranny of our government.

6
TaxTruth 6 points ago +6 / -0

Irwin Schiff claimed there was NO LAW the required him to pay taxes. He was incorrect and the court found him guilty as a result of his being incorrect.

The income tax is an EXCISE tax. It applies to ANYONE who partakes in an excise taxable activity that results in the receipt of 'income". The amount of tax is determined by the amount of "income" derived from the taxable activity.

You have to pay what you owe. The trick is to arrange your finances so that you don't owe.

I think your friend should go to the nearest IRS office and ask for help. You'd be surprised how helpful they can be.

2
TaxTruth 2 points ago +2 / -0 (edited)

26 USC 6331(a) states who is subject to levy via a mere Notice from the IRS. Anyone not enumerated in paragraph a. can only be levied via the normal adversarial route (a court proceeding). Years ago, the IRS co-opted banks and businesses to do what they are unable to do themselves --- levy/garnish a private-sector citizen via a mere Notice. Look at a copy of Form 668-W and you'll find the excerpt pertaining to Levy and Distraint starts with paragraph b.. IRS did this because they know most people are so scared they will never read the fine print and notice that paragraph a. is missing on the form. Paragraph a. states in no uncertain terms who is subject to an IRS Levy by way of a mere Notice. And you won't find private sector workers listed anywhere!

_fuckallofyou_ 69 points ago +72 / -3

Yep. I suspect out of 75 million patriots, 74.8 million will pay taxes. I'm ready for prison in 15-20 years. I'll get an education, read some fine books, get primo healthcare and come out still not paying taxes.

It will be very difficult for them to catch me though, I don't buy expensive shit...good luck tracking that you IRS scumbags.

35
faucipolice 35 points ago +37 / -2

You can use the money you saved from not paying taxes to pay your bail and stay out of jail forever.

21
_fuckallofyou_ 21 points ago +22 / -1

Just keep paying bail lol. At this point, how much this shit is going to cost the average American...you're probably right.

12
ippwndu 12 points ago +14 / -2

We don’t have bail in California.

1
Quidnunc 1 point ago +1 / -0

That shit will change soon enough. The Biden money machine will be plugged into that state in a heartbeat. Especially with all the new immigrants flooding the state. They will have to pay all the new amnestied immigrants somehow.

6
faucipolice 6 points ago +6 / -0

Could probably just claim you thought the police was the IRS and "bail" was them asking to pay for taxes. Wonder how that'd work out.

You can find a shit ton of legal write-offs. Start a small business that is a miserable failure. Like 4 wheelers? Start a 4 wheeler detailing or resale shop out of your garage. Like fishing? Do the same

16
_fuckallofyou_ 16 points ago +17 / -1

I do buy and fix Sea-Doo's and PWC's for fun and sell them cheap...that might be an idea. Thanks! I should probably go see a tax consultant, do this the right way instead of the erect freedom penis way.

6
Ax0r 6 points ago +6 / -0

Please give me more ideas- I need to create some sort of LLC to do this shit.

6
lanre 6 points ago +6 / -0

Also, after 3 years of being a miserable failure the IRS will reclassify your business as a hobby since you clearly suck at business. So you'll have to find another line of work to fail at or all of your expenses will become taxable.

5
JuanTitor 5 points ago +5 / -0

The trick is to have a tax paying friend to help you out. Only work for cash under the table, pay a friend to "borrow" their car. Keep your assets and bank accounts officially at $0.

4
JosiahsButtons 4 points ago +4 / -0

Not the same thing, but sort of reminds me of some DeFi cryptocurrencies that are set up with smart contracts so you can borrow against your own crypto as collateral, so you don't have to sell any of your own crypto/pay taxes, since everything you get for your locked up crypto is considered a liability.

14
day221 14 points ago +14 / -0

It might work if it was coordinated in some way. E.g. consolidate on some software to pay taxes. Have a checkbox that agrees to withhold payments if X number of others also agree. IDK just brainstorming.

8
Captainlizard 8 points ago +8 / -0

Literally the only way this would work is if Trump himself came out in a visible medium and told all of us to refuse to pay taxes this year. He has the power to do it, but there is no chance he would outright say it.

4
pmyourcovfefes 4 points ago +4 / -0

Payroll for most mid size to large corporations is processed in house so to get any kind of buy in we would need to alter that. Otherwise taxes deductions etc go through there.

The start would be small businesses whose leadership supports this. I’d still have a liability account non interest bearing for the taxes deducted in case you lose in court

That's why decentralized cryptocurrencies are so important imo. No country can control them.

7
pmyourcovfefes 7 points ago +7 / -0

True but they can sit at their computers and freeze our bank accounts and levy money from them. I’ve seen it happen with a small business I worked for that was trying to dispute the amount owed. I called everyday for weeks and got nowhere. Couple months later we got a levy notice and the money was gone.

4

11
Spicy_Jeans 11 points ago +13 / -2

I doubt cash will ever disappear completely, but maybe a hybrid digital/cash model. Decentralized digital currencies are great, but everyone, I'd assume, can see the tyranny of centralized digital currency and digital social credit in China. My hope though is that these systems will cause so much upheaval in China though, that it destroys the country from the inside out.

I told my friend who is super liberal but claims to be an "independent" that what is the worst the Dems are going to do when people don't pay taxes? Throw you in jail and let you back out the same day like they do in CA?

11
HockeyMom4Trump 11 points ago +12 / -1

Well, unless you are Lori Loughlin, in which case they keep you there your whole sentence. Meanwhile, they let all sorts of other prisoners out on the street to avoid muh covid.

6
RegularAmerican 6 points ago +6 / -0

Did anyone from thst university get in trouble? I guarantee they were in on it.

1
HockeyMom4Trump 1 point ago +1 / -0

Not to my knowledge. I don’t support Lori Loughlin and what she did was wrong, but it sure was strange they were letting out so many criminals in CA, yet made her serve her entire sentence when she was low level risk to the population and could have served house arrest. She also has tons of hours of community service and a huge fine, plus public embarrassment, so it is not like she would have been getting away with no punishment. If prisons are crowded and they are releasing people, this is one person that could have been let out.

2
RegularAmerican 2 points ago +2 / -0

What are her politics? Haha that should probably explain why they went so hard. I bet she donated 100$ to the Trump campaign or something.

6
Hattmall 6 points ago +8 / -2

I mean realistically you are very unlikely to go to jail for not paying taxes. They will just garnish your wages, seize your bank accounts, sell your house, etc.

If you can somehow manage to maintain a lot of assets and not pay taxes then you might go to jail for actual tax evasion if you go out of your way to conceal assets.

0
TrumpAstrogeek 0 points ago +1 / -1

But you could go to jail for burning down all your assets

1
Hattmall 1 point ago +1 / -0

Yeah if you went out and spent extravagantly to avoid paying taxes then it's tax evasion, so yeah.

This comes before the $15 minimum wage crap. Going to be hard real soon.

119
JigglesV 119 points ago +121 / -2

Min wage is going to eliminate jobs and illegalize working for less. It's going to be an awesome event. Small businesses will begin to disappear, others will begin cutting jobs to minimum staff requirements, larger companies will stop hiring, and still others will begin automating and outsourcing.

64
Gmama2 64 points ago +64 / -0

What happens to the people who make $15 now will they get $18, cause they will want more than the entry level people.

139
CaptainSassyPants 139 points ago +139 / -0

We raised the minimum wage to $15 in Canada (Ontario, anyway) and the other wages didn't go up to compensate, effectively devaluing everyone else while simultaneously raising the cost of living. Amazing.

65
Horkers4Trump 65 points ago +65 / -0

Number of years ago I worked at Home Depot. When the oilfields came through and were offering stupid amounts of money for laborers, the store decided to up the pay of employees to try to compete.

Starting pay went from $10/hr to $13/hr. Anyone not making $13/hr got a raise.

The guy that had worked there for 5 years, had all the certifications, and was already making $13.50/hr? His pay didn't change.

So all those people left. All the experienced employees were insulted so they went to the oilfields.

That General Manager ended up losing her job because of the turnover.

35
HockeyMom4Trump 35 points ago +35 / -0

Yeah, I don’t think many people truly examine the unintended consequences of these decisions.

19
dakin116 19 points ago +19 / -0

Reminds me of my last job, started at $10.50, bought out by a fortune 500 after 3 years that starts the same position at $13.00. Cue new hires getting $13.00/hr plus $2500 signing bonus, meanwhile the long termers made less for a year. Finally got bumped up after non stop HR calling. Moved on, better job now

18
Truthdose 18 points ago +18 / -0

15
CaptainCornPop 15 points ago +15 / -0

The NDP won Alberta, and they, while oil prices began to sink, raised the minimum wage to 15. The funny thing is, prior to our insane economic decline, no business was paying less than 15 for ANY position, because in any incredibly competitive market, we are willing to pay whatever brings us even the slightest edge over our competition. Since covid i have done my best to keep my employees on. But now, with the keystone killed, i have no other avenues. I cannot keep paying out of my own pocket.

20
daty_dato 20 points ago +20 / -0

This happened to the place I worked 15-20 years ago. The state increased the minimum wage and it increase new/recent hires to a leave equal to people with 5 years or some even more. (very low end jobs) I was left to explain it to the employees that no they wouldn't be getting raises as well. Talk about a lot of pissed off people. (I left shortly after that)

17
Meddlesom 17 points ago +17 / -0

I've been on the receiving end of that. I had a minimum wage increase which got me, literally, a $0.02 raise... and then I was training people for the same job I was doing, and they were coming into it making just as much as I was.

...and then I got fired a few weeks later.

10

It's not about their race and it racist to think that they are poor. China is amazing and is becoming one of the leaders in the global market. I cannot believe you think Chinese people are poor." Literately gaslight the shit out of them the way they do. I realized if you can't beat them join them in their shitty game.

5
ikeepforgettingname 5 points ago +5 / -0

Yes but the Liberals with lie with statistics and say CO2 is now a pollutant and that we are the major polluter while China will just lie about their emissions change nothing and say all good.

3
Kongol626 3 points ago +3 / -0

I mean smog is the key here. Mexico city sucks ass I almost died when I got off the plane. You need to wear a mask. Same with China. Smog is fact and no need to show stats lol. But you are right hard to beat liars.

They want to regulate CO2, When a LIBERAL says "Carbon" they mean CO2 not VOCs not Hydrocarbons, not HAP they mean CO2. This will allow them more environmental regulations on livestock and Meat while also meaning we will need to Grow ALGAE to "scrub CO2" from the air, then bury the algae somewhere to just keep carbon out of the air.

If you have a GOOD/GREAT job then stick around - you'll be fine, it's the low-wage workers who will be getting buttfucked.

If you're in a Red state/area, start a side-hustle immediately. Because we're in for a world of shit once labor costs skyrocket. You fixing cars, renovating houses, etc, may be the difference between falling behind - and staying ahead no matter what.

Unless of course we don't have standing to ask.

2

Roger that. Fire up a lawsuit, if SCOTUS has even a smidgen of integrity (doubtful, I know!) they'll rule it unconstitutional, and even with the libtard senate it shouldn't get the necessary support to pass it. Weren't our emissions already decreasing even without this stupid thing? I mean, companies were mad and said "we're going to do it anyway" after Trump pulled out of it. ...and I (and others, I'm sure) thought, "Perfect. That's how it should work."

Stupid Democrats just have to have the government do it. If there is something someone is doing that isn't monitored and/or regulated by the government, Democrats seem to believe that inherently makes it wrong to do that. Sadly, most of the world seems even further statist than them.

9
easedel 9 points ago +9 / -0

Yep and for 2019 and 2020 we had the largest drop in global emissions without sinking billions of dollars to countries that hate us and won't even abide by it.

Don't worry though they will keep moving the goalposts.

6
Droford 6 points ago +6 / -0

Some douche was on the weather channel last night saying all their dire predictions for global warming up until just now didnt factor in the amount of CO2 that will get absorbed by the oceans and that if we kill off 100% CO2 emissions immediately they'll be able to start reversing global warming in 5 years. But that's with absolute zero CO2 emissions. Since humans exhale CO2 i assume this means the covid masks will turn into CO2 capture masks

5

The whole thing is a sham. Its a way to first of all punish developed nations and benefit developing nations, AKA: China. Second of all it will create a cap and trade or carbon tax system, which will be a new currency that will be controlled by the elites at the expense of everyone else.

Trump was right to pull out of it. And of course someone like Biden embraces it.
