Yes they can. It would be identified and need adjudication, they can do whatever they want. We have to push for paper and ID

100% agree on the paper and id aspect. As for the adjudication, it would take so much time for someone to end up changing all of those votes. Plus, they might just reject ballots when people write in "TRUMP" because "legally" it should have been "DONALD J TRUMP."

Funny, but like previous comment said, they can adjudicate you into voting for anyone and everyone on the ballot or no one at all. There isn't a paper trail when using dominion and that's the problem. You also can't write in everything down ballot :/
