To me, globalism, was a way to offshore means of production for the sole purpose of maximizing profit for shareholders.

No, fascism is inherently strictly nationalist. The globalist capitalists and globalist communists united to kill them for that reason.

I guess I’m not familiar with the definition you are using. My definition is of fascism is simply the means of production are privately owned organized in the form of corporations but the government has strict control of the corporations.

Putting it about as simply as possible, the core of fascism is that the nation (that is, the people) organizes around collective, autocratic state to act in and protect their national interests. It's not simply a political system, nor is it an economic system.
