Just last summer, Joe Biden said: "I'm Joe Biden and I'm running for US Senate. And if you don't like me, vote for the other guy..." If you think he was confused then, wait till he wakes up in the White House tomorrow! Lol! God bless him. He is now our Commander in Chief.
