Ibuprofen is harder on your stomach, from what I understand.
When drinking, never take Tylenol (acetaminophen) to prevent or ease a hangover as it’s a gut shot directly to your already taxed liver.
Advil (ibuprofen) is probably harder on the stomach but Tylenol (acetominophen) is far worse for your liver - the former is always preferred for relieving a hangover.
