This is stupid as shit. The first soldier is not allowed to shake hands and it doesn't even look like she's trying to. The second clip of soldiers 'turning their backs' is simply some people looking in another direction before the motorcade arrives.

I'd love for both of the things in the title to have happened, but god damn this is a low effort shit post.
