Which I take to mean as the military is actually occupying, and does not recognize Biden as the new Commander in Chief. Illegitimate Inauguration for now. Makes sense to me, as the military does everything by the book. This could be why Trump spent so much time meeting with top brass.They want to avoid the junta label. The media jumped all over the letter by Joint chiefs, but they are way down the list of chain of command.
