In addition, turn off auto-play on Youtube and other video sites, so they can't roll over into MSM news videos when you're not paying attention because you went to grab a snack or take a shit. the algorithm doesn't know or care if you're sitting there or not, it only knows that a video was played and ads were served.
Best of all is if you can disconnect your cable and never watch YouTube or MSM channels on apps like Pluto or Haystack at all. I know it's not possible for every family to unplug completely, but try to minimize use as much as possible.
I really like Tucker a lot, although he did do a couple things I was annoyed about recently, and I like Hannity, and Dan Bongino, and Greg Gutfeld, but other than that, don't care about fox.
