Apparently the laws of thermodynamics doesn't apply to McDonald's such that it is immediately cold the second that it leaves the grill. Science can't explain it!

Or maybe you realize that this is a catering service and they have ways to keep food warm during transit. The time between it being put on the table and them eating it is minimal.

If you can order your triple double quarter pounder with cheese in the drive through and it still be hot when you get home to eat it, then I'm pretty sure that the white house catering service can figure it out.
