Of course you can. There's a limit on fraud. Sure, with millions of voters, you can claim the any result as accurate. But go down to local level, where like a hundred people vote (or internal votes like local GOP chapters or the like), you have a few dozen people who know each other deciding on a candidate, and any fraud could easily become obvious and the people in charge removed, if necessary by open vote (raise your hand). It builds up from there, and once you have trustworthy patriots in key places, they can either assure correct elections or attack fraudulent elections. Of course you also must volunteer - if you are the one counting the ballots, you can be sure it's done correctly.

I mean sure, go ahead and start a revolution or whatever your solution is. But unless you are willing to risk your life, maybe start being willing to risk some evenings a month becoming active in your community.
