If we buy second hand from each other, we can get the essential items we need to function without feeding china the money they will use to weaponised against us. Years of over consumption has meant we have an access of a lot of things other people might need.
The key point is not to allow them access to any more money. Buying used Chinese origin goods from each other will allow us to keep our life running as normal but will hurt the Chinese substantially as they are not getting any money from that sale.
It can be just as effective as us not buying any new Chinese products.
