My wife works in corporate finance and she was always scratching her head why almost all the companies she worked with were set up in Delaware. It's a big money laundering operation. Lots of corporate raiding companies, sham real estate sales....place is like Sodom and Gomorrah.
Delaware and Nevada are corporate tax havens in the US. I'm not an accountant so don't ask me how it works, but I have a shell corp of my own set up in NV.
I know Delaware, besides shell companies, they have this real estate market built with dirty money. Not sure all the details but it involves buying a home then constantly buying and selling it over and over to clean the money....Bidens were into real estate and property early. Club that made no money, sham bank loans, bank going bankrupt. Amazing that never got brought up. Just Trump's corp bailouts...meh. Biden's whole family are just a cartel.
