He probably meant that we have 22 months to analyze and validate the paper ballots and get proof for the ballots-related voter fraud and election fraud, which need to be saved by the states for 22 months by law, before they can be shredded.

While GA had already shredded a lot of materials.

One of the things I do not know is if the 22-months law regarding records keeping also applies to the original paper ballots filled out by voters and the envelopes with the signatures or just the printed receipts from the voting machines after adjudication etc. (which we know are invalid by a large degree, that's why recounting these and even partially audits don't really find voter and election fraud: shit in --> shit out).

State by state but in all the ones I’ve looked at yes it does require that.

Yeah like the states will actually do that

Jovan Pulitzer. By law, the records are held for 22 months for the purpose of audit. Arizona just agreed to hand over the ballots 2 hours after the fake inauguration today.

Seriously? These people are such crooks. And nothing will happen to them. However, If they find problems (which is realistic if it's legit), this could turn a lot of doubters and fundamentally alter the Democrat trajectory.

Funny how that was timed, huh?

Maricopa BOS already rebuked the AZ legislature on releasing them. It’s still being debated apparently. See national file article about it.

What's there to debate? Those ballots are public property.

Jovan Hutton Pulitzer, he's been running a podcast on Youtube for about a month now covering his experience on it.

His main focus is primarily the physical ballot (origin of print, whether or not it is properly regulated, if the ballot vote results were pre-printed). Pretty dry listening in all honesty unless you're curious about that sorta stuff, since I'm in the print industry I've listened to quite a few, also the CueCat was the first barcode scanner I ever had (he was the owner/inventor of that company) because I think RadioShack used to give them away for free.

Probably 22 months until the next election

Is there any recourse for President Trump??

3
rosebluesky 3 points ago +3 / -0

Most probably yes if SCOTUS would decide pro Trump in sufficient states based on the law suits with SCOTUS. There might still be a chance for TRUMP 2021, with him coming back before year-end, if SCOTUS does what's right and upholds the constitution...
