There's no precedent to ignore this aspect of the constitution ...yet. What PJ media lays out is solid, actionable grounds to kill the agreement. A fair court will handle it as such. There's no guarantee we will get a fair court, but the lawsuit is essentially an easy copy paste to file and is easily winnable with a competent attorney and a fair judge/scotus. Now it's time to see how the courts will act with a Biden presidency.
IMHO the important part is to reduce emissions. You can be no. 1 - totally without the Paris Accord. It would set a good example though for a now internationally isolated USA, that gave clumsily all front seats to China.
