We played fair because we believed that the process and at least some of the officials were fair. As has been proven, this is not the case.

What's frightening is that we are clearly engaged in warfare now where might makes right. We didn't start it.

Yeah and in doing so we put ourselves in a hole by sticking to the rules. Now we need to get out of the hole somehow before its too late... or it probably already is too late.
